A merger closes. A founder finally hands off the piece of the business they built by hand. A director gets pulled into the C-suite two years earlier than anyone planned, including them. These moments don't come with a training manual, and the leader at the center of them is still expected to make good decisions while everything underneath them moves.

Executive Elevate, Workplace Harmony's flagship coaching program, is built for exactly that moment. The goal isn't to make leaders act differently. It's to help them stay recognizably themselves, and make sound decisions, while the organization around them changes.

Because change doesn't wait for you to be ready.

Executive Coaching

What This Looks Like

1. Align at the top

A kickoff call with the leader and their sponsor, at the altitude this work deserves, whether that's a CEO, a board, or a PE operating partner. We leave with a specific, shared definition of what success looks like, not a vague aspiration.

2. Understand the leader behind the title

A values and goals worksheet and a documented record of real wins. Executives are rarely asked what they're proud of. We start there, because the coaching that follows only holds up if it's built on who this leader actually is.

3. Anchor the engagement in an Applied Initiative

Every Executive Elevate engagement is built around a real, live piece of work the leader already owns: an integration plan, a restructuring decision, a succession call, a board presentation. Coaching happens in service of that initiative, so the leader isn't just discussing how to lead differently, they're proving it, in real time, on something that matters to the business.

4. Coach through it, session by session

Multiple sessions over a minimum of six months, virtual, in person, or hybrid, each one building toward the next milestone in the Applied Initiative. DISC, 360, or strengths-based assessments are layered in when they'll sharpen judgment faster, not as a routine step.

5. Report to the sponsor with real signal

A mid-engagement check-in gives the sponsor a clear read on how the leader and the Applied Initiative are progressing, not a vague temperature check.

6. Leave a result the organization can point to

The engagement closes with a completed, or well-advanced, Applied Initiative, a leader who's proven they can hold up under real pressure, and a set of tools they keep using long after the transition settles. An optional 3- and 6-month post engagement follow-up confirms it held.

What is executive coaching at Workplace Harmony?

Workplace Harmony's executive coaching, delivered through the Executive Elevate program, helps leaders navigate major organizational change, such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sudden promotion, while staying authentic and grounded under pressure. It runs on Workplace Harmony's HEAL framework, created by Dr. Domonique ‘Dr. Dom’ Revere, and is tailored to the specific disruption the leader is facing.

What is Executive Elevate?

Executive Elevate is Workplace Harmony's flagship executive coaching program for leaders going through organizational disruption. A typical engagement runs over a minimum of six months, delivered virtually, in person, or in a hybrid format, and includes a sponsor kickoff call, a mid-engagement check-in, and an off-boarding session with resources the leader keeps using after coaching ends.

How long does an executive coaching engagement last?

A typical Executive Elevate engagement runs over a minimum of six months. Timelines can extend depending on the pace of the organizational change the leader is navigating.

Does Workplace Harmony offer executive coaching for private equity portfolio company leaders?

Yes. Through Workplace Harmony's Private Equity Services, Executive Elevate is available to portfolio company leaders navigating post-acquisition transitions or stepping into a new role under new ownership, giving operating partners a fast, credible way to stabilize leadership during a transition.

How is executive coaching different from individual or group coaching?

Individual coaching works with one leader on a specific skill, and group coaching works with a cohort of leaders building shared language together. Executive coaching is built specifically for leaders navigating major organizational change, such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, with the goal of helping them stay grounded through the disruption.

What assessments are used in executive coaching?

Executive coaching engagements can include DISC or strengths-based assessments when they'll speed up a leader's self-awareness during a fast-moving transition. These tools are used selectively based on what the specific engagement calls for, not as a default step.

How We Show Up

A Process Built for the Moment, Not Just the Person

Executive coaching runs on our HEAL framework (Humanize, Evolve, Align, Lift), created by Dr. Domonique ‘Dr. Dom’ Revere, but at this level, reflection alone isn't enough. A board watching a transition, an investor sizing up leadership risk in a deal, a CEO staking something real on this person's success, none of them are satisfied by a leader who feels more self-aware. They want to see it hold up under real work. That's why every Executive Elevate engagement anchors around an Applied Initiative: a live, consequential piece of work the leader already owns.

Looking for Something Different?

Executive coaching is one of three ways Workplace Harmony coaches leaders.

Individual Coaching: for one leader working on one specific goal.
Group Coaching: for leadership teams or manager cohorts building skills together.

Executive Elevate is ideal for leaders navigating M&A, which makes it a natural fit for portfolio company leadership. Through Workplace Harmony's Private Equity Services, sponsors can bring Executive Elevate directly to portfolio company leaders working through a post-acquisition transition, a new operating structure, or a sudden step into a bigger seat under new ownership.

For operating partners, that means a fast, credible way to stabilize leadership during a transition instead of waiting to find out who adapts on their own and who doesn't. Coaching can be scoped for a single leader at a single portfolio company, or paired with Group Coaching to build shared leadership capability across the portfolio.

A fast, credible resource to offer a portfolio company CEO or leadership team post-close
A documented approach to leadership continuity that boards and investors can see
A natural pairing with Group Coaching for sponsors managing several portfolio companies at once
